I believe survivors deserve precision, not platitudes — so I help people name exactly what happened to them and build a clear, confident path forward.

I didn't come to this work through a textbook. I came through more than fifteen years of living inside systems that were supposed to protect families — and watching them fail, repeatedly, because the people in them didn't have the language or the frameworks to recognize what they were actually seeing. That experience cost me enormously. It also gave me a mission.

I've spent thousands of hours studying attachment, coercive control, trauma bonding, parental alienation, and the psychology of narcissistic abuse — and I've authored seventeen books translating that research into tools real people can actually use. At HN Publishing and the HN Institute, I built an ecosystem of schools designed to close the gap between what the clinical literature knows and what survivors, parents, and professionals actually have access to.

My teaching is direct and evidence-informed. I don't traffic in vague reassurances. I give you frameworks, structured self-assessments, interviewing protocols, and recovery roadmaps — because confusion is itself a form of harm, and clarity is a form of healing. Every course is built around what you'll be able to do differently at the end of it.
